Cheese Rice

Who doesn't love cheese?!
Here is the cheeseey recipe for kids and adults.

You can make it with left over rice in 10 mins or freshly cooked rice in 30 mins .

Ingredients - Veg version

2; cup cooked rice

1/4 chopped or grated panner

1/4 Cheese parmesan / cheddar

2 green chillies

1 spoon white pepper

Salt as per requirement

1 spoon butter or ghee

Method :
1. In a pan add butter or ghee , saute panner and chillies for 2 mins .
2. Add rice , salt and cook for 1 min.
3. Now add cheese and pepper, mix it well . close the lid for few mins.
Serve hot or cold.
Ingredients - Non veg version

2; cup cooked rice

2 egg

1/4 Cheese parmesan / cheddar

2 green chillies

1 spoon white pepper

Salt as per requirement

1 spoon butter or ghee
Method :
1. In a pan add butter or ghee ,chillies and crumbled eggs.
2. Add rice , salt and cook for 1 min.
3. Now add cheese and pepper, mix it well . close the lid for few mins.
Serve hot or cold.
Tips :
1. Add tossed capsicum , carrots, French beans to make it more nutritious.

2. You can add chopped garlic or; onion if you wish.

3. For non veg version version, you can add boiled and minced chicken in step 1 .

4. Add any type of cheese as per your wish.

5. You can bake it in oven by mixing all ingredients. It will be more delicious.

6. Can add parsley by skipping chillies and add red chillies.
