'Cheesy veg pasta' for fussy kids- an all-time hit 🧀💛🧀💛🧀
Recipe:
*Boil macaroni in water with salt and oil separately.
* Heat 1tbsp butter in a nonstick pan. Add diced carrots, onions, capsicum, beans, broccoli, olives ,etc. Saute for 2 mins.
* Transfer the sauteed veggies to another bowl and in the same container, add 2 tbsp butter and roast 2tsp of wheat flour( healthier than maida). It's rawness should disappear.
* Add 2 cups of milk and keep stirring. Add 1 cup of grated cheese or 3 slices of cheese and mix it thoroughly. There should be no lumps. Let it cool properly.
* Then add salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, garlic and mix again. Keep stirring lest it gets stuck to the bottom of pan
* Add the sauteed vegiies. Let it cool for 1-2 mins.
