Chena spinach sandwich

So few days ago I was making paneer at home but got stuck in some work and totally forgot to set paneer..

So I used that unset paneer or chena (curdled milk) to make this healthy, easy, delicious sandwich for breakfast..

.

It is rich in protein, calcium and is a good way to make fussy eaters feed spinach, chena etc..

.

Ingredients

1 litre milk curdled with help of 1tbsp lemon

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder to taste

Half bunch spinach chopped, washed thoroughly

Cheese optional

Butter...

Method

1. Heat a tawa.

2. Add butter and cut round shape of bread with the help of any bowl.

3. Roast the bread with help of butter from both sides..

4. Meanwhile on other gas heat a pan..

5. Add 1tsp butter and then spinach..

6. Add chena, salt and pepper powder..

7. let it cook for 5minutes..

8. Now take the bread it would golden yellow colour..

9. Spread the prepared chena mixture..

10. Grate cheese or decorate with cheese slice and serve hot with sauce or chutney..
