Child care experts please help

My 4 year old niece loves karela ka juice (bitter gourd). Ya I know it's sounds unbelievable but I have just seen her gulp down 1 cup of raw karela ka juice no water added. She was introduced to it by her grandpa and since then insisted on drinking more of the same. Her mom and me are concerned if so much raw juice will affect her or no. Is it safe? She insists drinking it and that too a cup full.

She is extremely fussy with food.. Doesn't easily eat or drink any vegetable and we were taken aback by her liking for karela.. she has this once in a week for sure

Anything however good in excess is not a good idea. So yes a couple of times a week is fine. Introduce her to other options not in juice but other vegetables like brinjal sweet potato etc as she seems to have the taste for different flavors. This way she will get a wide range of nutrients.

Yes..I agree with Shilpitha. Drinking daily that too without dilution may be not advisable. I heard it may lead to kidney or lever problem. Better to give once in a week.
