INGREDIENTS
1 cup steamed rice
1 onion finely chopped
1 carrot finely chopped
8-10 French beans finely chopped
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 capsicum chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
METHOD
1) In a wok add oil
2) Saute ginger and garlic.once the raw smell is gone add onions.
3) Saute onions to a light brown colour.
4) Add beans and carrots.
5) Cook till slightly done.
6) Add capsicum and cook.
7) Add salt, black pepper powder and soya sauce.
8) Keep the veges a bit crunch

Cook rice separately and spread them in a plate with fork. (see notes as how to cook rice).
Now add the cooked rice and toss well.
Your fried rice is ready.
Garnish with a sprig of coriander leaves.
NOTES
How to cook Rice
Soak 1 cup of rice for 10 minutes
Boil 2 cup of water with a tsp of ghee and a pinch of salt.
Add rice to it and cover with a lid
Cook till rice is cooked well and water evaporates
