Choco-Coconut burfi : Again sharing with you all, my most favourite COCONUT 's one more Recipe:
**It is a delicious sweet that just melt in your mouth. **It can easily cooks in the comfort of your home. **these burfi stay good for 4 to 5 days in refrigerator. INGREDIENTS:
**Khoya / mawa -250 gm **Cooking Chocolate-250 gm **Desiccated coconut-1cup **Ghee- as needed METHOD:
**Grease a pan with ghee and set aside. **Heat a non-stick pan and add milk solids in to it. **Sauté until it becomes smooth. **Add chocolate in to it; slow cook it by mixing well until the chocolates get melted. **Switch off the flame and add desiccated coconut powder in to it. **Mix well and add it in to the greased pan and align it. **Leave it for 4 hours to set.Once its set; cut in to pieces and serve. **Store it in refrigerator and serve when reaches to the room temperature... #recipes #bbcreatorsclub #enjoyingmoments #toddlersatoz
