Sweet toothed since childhood. I Used to eat lots and lots of chocolates 🍫 and I used to think that when I would start earning I will fill all my almirahs and purses with chocolates 😄( childhood innocence) and cakes
Even when I was pregnant I used to crave a lot for cakes and brownies and because we are not allowed to eat anything from outside I somehow managed to find a healthy alternate for brownies and before getting diagnosed for gestational diabetes🙄 I ate a lot of it and served others too😍
Here goes the healthiest alternate of brownies and I am sure after trying this out you will not be willing to spend your money on market brownies. Its a money saver because its healthy and economical to make😋
Lets get started
🎅Ingredients
🍰1 cup of nuts( cashew, almonds) 🍰6 table spoons of cocoa powder 🍰1 table spoon of chea seeds( optional and healthy too😄) 🍰1 table spoon of salt( it enhaces taste and balances extra sweetness) 🍰1 cup of soft dates( if you are using dry dates put them in boiling water for 10 min)
Now put the above ingredients altogether in food processor jar /mixer jar( bigger one) and make a dough until you get thick paste of the ingredients. Now spread this onto a parchment paper Pour some nuts on to the browny
🎅For ganache (optional, I love adding ganache )
🍰2 table spoon of vegetable oil( any) 🍰1 table spoon of sweetner( You can use sugar syrup) 🍰1/4 table spoon of vanilla extract 🍰1/2 table spoon of cocoa powder 🎅In case ganache taste little bitter to you. You can add more sweetener
Now spread this ganache over brownies and cut it into squares and enjoy!
