Chocolate mousse <br><br>
Ingredients<br><br>
Milk 2 cups<br>
Coco powder 11/2 tbsp<br>
Corn flour 11/4 tbsp<br>
Sugar 4 tbsp<br>
Dark chocolate 3 tsp<br>
china grass plain 2 tsp<br>
Cream; 3/4 cup<br>
Vanilla essence; 1/2 tsp<br><br>
Method<br>
👉Take 3/4 cup of water in a pan and add china grass in it. Keep a side for 20 mins
👉Mean while dissolve coco powder and corn flour in 1/4 cup of luke-warm milk. Boil rest of the milk with sugar.
👉Add the coco-corn flour mixture to the boiling milk with continuous stirring. Boil for 2-3 minutes with constant stirring.
👉Heat the China grass; dissolved water and bring to boil. Stir well till thickened .Add it to the chocolate mixture and mix continuously. <br>
👉Switch off the flame and keep stirring until its almost cooled down. There should be no lumps.
👉whipped the cream a bit<br>
👉Mix in the cream and vanilla essence.Stir well.
👉Pour the mixture; into the moulds that you are going to serve and set it; in the fridge until serving time.<br>
👉sprinkle with choco chip or chocolate sause. Enjoy. ...

Chocolate Truffles<br>
Ingredients
16 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened<br>
1⁄2;cup superfine sugar<br>
1⁄2;tsp. salt<br>
2 tbsp. bittersweet chocolate, melted<br>
6 tbsp. unsweetened natural cocoa powder<br>
2 tbsp. brewed espresso or dark coffee, at room temperature<br>
2 tsp. vanilla extract<br>
2;1⁄2;cups rolled oats<br>
1 cup unsweetened finely shredded dried coconut
Instructions -
Combine the butter, sugar, and salt in a large bowl and beat the mixture until pale and fluffy, 1–2 minutes. Add the chocolate, cocoa powder, espresso, and vanilla and continue beating until combined, about 1 minute more.
Male sure the oats are roughly chopped.; Add the oats to the chocolate–butter mixture and mix until combined; refrigerate until chilled, 1 hour.<br>
Divide the chilled chocolate mixture into equal portions using a tablespoon-size measuring spoon; roll each ball thoroughly in coconut. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving..

Chocolate fudge <b><i>You Need:</i></b> Butter,Condensed milk, Chocolate <b><i>Method:</i></b> Grease a pan and keep aside.<br>
Put butter and condensed milk in a micro safe bowl and heat for 2 minutes.<br>
Then add milk and chocolate and stir till the chocolate melts.<br>
Pour it in a pan and refrigerate for 4 hours.<br>
