CHRISTMAS DRYFRUIT CAKE ( without oven and without egg) INGREDIENTS All purpose flour 1 cup
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 2tbsp (room temperature)
Powdered sugar 1/4cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Baking powder 1tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Nuts (walnut, almond, cashew) Salt to bake PROCEDURE 1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda).

2. In a separate bowl mix all the liquid ingredients ( oil, butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence).

Remember not to add milk at this time.

Meanwhile add salt in your pressure cooker, cover it up and remove Its whistle. Let it get preheat.

3. Now add half of the dry mix in liquid mix. Whisk well. Once combined well, we will add the other half of dry mix and again whisk it well till there are no lumps.

4. Add little little milk at a time if your mixture is quite thick.

Note: it should be of creamy texture.

5. After mixing and combing it all well, next is to add half of the nuts into it.
.
6. Oil the cake tin and pour the cake mix in the tin and add other half of the nuts to garnish from top.
.
7. Tap the tin twice on slab to remove any air gaps.
.
8. Open your pressure cooker and put a stand in it, if you don't have a stand you can put a steel bowl and put the cake tin over it.
.
9. Cover it and let it cook for half an hour on low medium flame.
.
10. After half hour, check with a toothpick or knife if the cake is cooked well. ( if toothpick comes out clean it's cooked if not then let it cook for another 5 mins).
