CHURMA RECIPE FROM MY MOTHERS COOKBOOK Leftover rotis or paranthas? Lets do a quick healthy sweet snack out of it. This one is my favorite since childhood. Though my mom never made it out of leftovers. This is made in our home every DWADASHI (as per indian calendar there are tithis for everyday), and my mom being a pious and religious lady,an ardent believer in god and his deeds,she never misses out on any. So as kids,me and my brother used to get loads of quick snacks. As its EKADASHI, then AMAVASYA, PURANMASHI..just to mention a few and many more..I have so much missed it after marriage. Now since i am with my mom ( all credit goes to my newborn REHU), I am re-living every bit of my mom ke hath ka khana and snacks 😋 Coming to the Recipe:
Ingredients- leftover rotis or parathas Castor sugar or jaggery (whichever you prefer,my mom does it with both,sometimes sugar and other jaggery) Ghee Method- grind the leftover rotis or parathas in mixer or crush it with a hand blender, put castor sugar or jaggery powder in it, and some ghee,mix well and make laddoos out of it..its READY..enjoi with tea or coffee😋😍
