*Coconut Rice Kheer*
Ingredients:-

1/2 cup soaked rice 1/2 cup grated coconut

3 cups milk

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon ghee

A pinch of cardamom powder,1 tbsp Raisins

Method:-

Add the milk to a pot and bring it to a boil.

Add the rice, grated coconut (save some for garnishing later), sugar, and cardamom to the milk.

Cook it on low flame for about 30 minutes.

In another pan, heat the ghee and fry the raisins.

Transfer the kheer to bowls and top it with raisins and grated coconut, Almond.. #recipesforkids
