Coming highly recommended from a very close friend, I just had to try the Vanakkam dosa batter! So i ordered the plain dosa batter & the gunpowder. The dosas turned out amazingly tasty & crisp! Being from a GSB family, we have always been making idli/dosa batter at home with recipes passed on from elders...ordering such batters was never a trend. But busy lifestyle & schedules have made readymade batter very convenient to use, however, the quality is somewhere compromised! Vanakkam has managed to keep up to excellent quality standards exactly like homemade batter. Thats what makes it so special. I highly recommend Vanakkam products to all.
