@5fcc57acb0bd2f004606c655 thanks for the tag :-) I feel all of us have to compromise in some way or the other. When a baby comes into our lives both the parents end up compromising in different ways. I was dancing professionally before I had my daughter. So life was about long rehearsal hours, performing and getting to travel to different places, doing my own thing and not worrying about late nights and stuff. That was a different type of life. Now after having her my priorities have shifted. I dance to her tunes. :D Same with my husband. He is a professional novelist. Even he has to make changes to his schedule to be able to look after our daughter and help me. To say that I don't miss those days would be a lie. There are times when I think of how life would have been now if I wasn't a mother, if I could just enjoy my day dancing, working out, rehearsing, performing. I do miss the stage, the audience and mainly the art. But I don't really see it as a compromise. I don't think anyone can regret being a parent. And besides I think it's in our hands how we bounce back. Now I can't wait to rebuild a career in a way best suited for my girl :-)  It was so nice reading everyone's tales here. I think we all have roles to play both men and women. And when we get together amazing things can happen. Full gyaani I became here..<u>hahaha</u>
