Constant thirst, taking 5/6 lit water daily & other fluids also like soup glucose water milk etc etc, but there is a constant thirst, specially at night...... any opinion moms & docs

The increased levels of hormones, especially estrogen, cause a pregnant woman to feel thirsty, but this is for a good reason. body needs fluids in order to create amniotic fluid. In addition, kidneys are working overtime to get rid of the waste that the baby is creating, and they need water for that. Avoid salty foods and caffeine, which can increase your thirst. Other drinks that are good for your baby include milk also.. Along with these check your blood sugar level to rule out gestational diabetes..
