Constipation and bloating are experienced when there is some level of indigestion in the system. It’s also very common in pregnancy and is experienced by almost every woman. To relieve this discomfort here is an easy to make juice that you can try:
Ingredients:
1 orange (cut and peeled)
½ lemon
1 small piece of ginger
Mint leaves
How to make it:
- Add all the ingredients to the juicer and juice it well.
- Remove the seeds if any in the juice with the help of a spoon (do not strain it)
- Transfer the juice to a jar and enjoy it.

When you strain the juice you loose out on a lot of nutrients and enzymes. The idea of such healing juices is to get as much as enzymes and nutrients to enter out system and promote healing. So straining isn't a good idea.
