Constipation is one common issue that most of us face during pregnancy.. I have also been facing the same.. & to cope up with it I have tried a way out...
1) in the evening or with dinner I have a banana ...
2) soak a few rasins overnight & in morning mash them with spoon , strain this water and drink it...
These two things r very helpful for me.. they are natural as well... Do try n lemme know the results working miraculously for me...

banana is an excellent source of calcium and potassium and gives u good calories. if it suits u, pls have everyday.

hi kavita - for some people banana is constipating. so you need to know ur body. my mamiji used to eat two bananas together as she would get constipated with one! my child would get constipated with banana from weaning food stage only. now also i don't give her every day.
