Corona virus is the new threat and we all specially mothers are worried.
He have to be careful and we can stop this from spreading.
Just some simple steps as we all know like cleaning hands properly and using an alcohol based sanitiser will help.
Avoiding crowded areas for a while.
The other things that I want to mention is including some super foods in our diet will help to protect us and babies from this virus. Add ginger,black peppercorns,tulsi and Vitamin c as much as you can.
A glass of turmeric milk will help to strengthen the immune system.
