actually we follow this thing like a tradition.. but i dont think it had helped me. bcz unless i started my exercise routine n yoga, my tummy didn't move a bit inside...at 6 months postpartum i would look 6 months pregnant.. slowly i came back to routine n got into my prepragnancy size....now ut depends on ur physique and how much ur activity level wqs during n before pregnancy... i used to do exercise n yoga before n throughout pregnancy with aome variations ofcourse.. so it wasnt that difficult to get back to the routine.... now dont think about ur stomach n weight....u need to work on a very little of it ...rest will go off on its own while breastfeeding
