after c section do not bend or lift heavy wts till 3 months max...u can pick up baby etc..

ask your doctor about this as she knows your history better. atleast 3_4 months are required to get the stitches heal properly.

try to rest for 3 months so that u vl not get any back pain..carry baby when it's crying or during feed time.. baby is small it has to be handled with care.
