Cultivate Acceptance
Selflove and total acceptance of our emotions is part of a healthy emotional detox. When we don’t fully accept ourselves and our feelings, we tend to avoid what we’re feeling – tending towards overthinking of negative comments, overeating, building negative personalities and other unhealthy distractions.

You can do this by understanding and realizing that we all have negative feelings and emotions.

.

.

We all experience pain, grief, jealousy, anger, fear, and sadness. In fact, whenever you begin to experience some sort of painful emotion, consider calling it “jealousy,” or "fear.”

.

.

This makes it less personal and more universal. You may even begin to realize that others are probably feeling the exact same sensations in the same moment as you. If your friend or loved one was upset, you would do your best to hold a loving and accepting space for them to express themselves and allow the healing process to unfold. This is what’s needed towards ourselves, with any and every emotion that arises.

.

.

So stay happy without thinking about negative comments and thoughts.

Detox yourself by being far from "negative people"

Build positivity.
