Currently I have completed my 35 weeks of pregnancy and I am into 36 weeks. I am feeling emotionally very low and depressed. I am not worried about labour pain or delivery. But I am very eager to hold my baby. I am not able to sleep at night and only think about my baby. I wish to eat outside food ( which I have not been eating since the day I conceived ). I feel lethargic and I am tired all the time. Sometimes I am angry at everybody for no good reason. Ladies please do share your emotional changes. I also wanted to know if this is normal.

@616d9103c1b4770013bcfd0d yes I too blame hormones for my mood swings and my family understands this. And sometimes in my dream I could see the face of my baby and who looks like my hubby. I have not tried apps but thats a good note you made here. I will try too. ;)

I wrote tiny notes for my baby. Telling stuff of how excited we were and how we want to share our love and life with our baby.

This is your time for yourself.. After the baby you'll miss this! Yes the baby is important but you'll miss 'me'time..
Relish each sip of that tea... Take a nice warm bath. Listen to music you love... Sway to the music. Go for a walk. Catch up with your girlfriends. Eat what you love.. Yes you can eat out at hygienic places. You'll have to watch your diet once the baby's here if you plan to breastfeed. Spend time with family.. Especially hubby.. Because once baby's here it'll take away all your time, energy, space.. Hubs may feel ignored or miss your love, care and attention a bit.
I made a few clothes for my baby. I knitted a few sweaters, booties, caps.. This helped me cheer up... It's something I loved doing.
