Curry leaves are most important item that can be used in any recipe. Usually people use it in recipes but doesn't eat it. They just remove it aside while eating. I just wanted to share some health benefits coming along with curry leaves. So that atleast from now eat it.

🌿 Curry leaves can be dry roasted and then few urad dal, chana dal, red chillies and cumin are also roasted and grind it along with salt and then made into powder and then it can used by breastfeeding mom's with dosa or idli so that it increases the milk supply.

🌿 Curry leaves can also increases hair growth. Heat curry leaves in coconut oil and after cooled drain the leaves and store the oil.

🌿 Curry leaves help in treating constipation. Grind curry leaves and add it to buttermilk and then have it.
