Date and Flaxseed Ladoo
Ingredients
9 medjool dates ⁣
4 tbsp almond butter, no palm oil ⁣
3 tbsp oats ⁣
1 tbsp flaxseed ⁣
Sprinkle of dessicated coconut ⁣
1 tbsp filtered water ⁣

Method⁣
--Whizz the dates, oats & flaxseed in a blender ⁣
--Add the almond butter & water, blend. ⁣
--Roll the mixture into balls and cover with dessicated coconut (makes approx 12 balls) ⁣
--Refrigerate for 30mins & enjoy.
