Dear expert mommies,
I want to know the benefits of breast feeding till 1yr. There are few people in my family who always argue with me that after 4months mother's milk is nothing but water and baby needs solid food rather than milk. I explained them that their digestive system is not upto the mark.. But I need other benefits so that I can make them understand.
