Dear friends ...can anybody suggest something to prevent from cramp on thigh...I am taking pills also but its very paining...pls suggest something

Thanks all ladies for ur valuable suggestion and Dr.Dhanya mam....Dr. epsom salt is also good to prevent from cramp as Roopashree mam suggested.

Hi..increase calcium in diet...avoid high heels or uncomfortable shoes...do not sit cross legged.Some women find that it helps to exercise the feet before going to bed-rotate the feet<br>
ten times in each direction. Try to stretchin your legs straight and pull your toes hard up just before you go to sleep.don stand for long..hydrate <u>urself</u>

Increase your water intake it will surely help you.....don't sit or stand for long hours....keep your <u>legs</u> elevated while sitting and lying...

Try keeping some Epsom salt... This Epsom salt is a blessing I feel... If you soak your legs in Luke warm water which had Epsom salt... You will relaxed . Luckily Babychakra have Epsom salt.. try it.
