The best way to increase supply is to feed or pump often. Eat well regular healthy food plus plenty of fluids. Also ensure that you are relaxed and stress free. At times it may be difficult but just before feeding make yourself comfy dim lights take a few deep breaths play some relaxing music whatever helps and then latch baby on.
