Take protein properly...and also nutrition food..do some exercise.

Happens dear Jyoti ...due ti the hormonal changes in our body..drink enough water , eat proper food including fruits and fresh vegetables and milk and nuts in your diet ...take short nap whenever you feel tired...listen to good music and mantras .. Tc
