A healthy and wholesome pancakes which contain pack ful of protien.
Ingredients are as follows-:
* Green moong whole, 1 cup
*Some onion, black pepper, little green chilli, fresh coriander
*Jeera , salt, turmeric
*Curd 2 tea spoon
*Rava, 1/3 cup
* Oil or ghee for preparation Method-:
Soak moong daal over night or for 4 hours, put daal in a mixer and put all seasoning, some jeera, salt, dahi and grind them all. Mix rava in the mixture, add chopped coriander and dilute the batter just like dosa consistency. Rest the batter for work time.
Now prepare thin pancakes on a nonstick pan.

Certainly it is delicious and not only toddlers but any one can eat them, one can try certain variations as well by adding few more ingredients as per liking, one can increase the amount of chilli, add grated paneer etc.
