You can take 15 to 30 minute walks twice a day depending on how you feel. Also have 6 small meals instead of 3 large ones. Have a look at your portion sizes. If you had normal delivery you can start some toning exercises like leg raises, arm circles, calf raises after the 3rd month. If you had a cesarian, you could do these exercises along with walking till you complete 6 months and then slowly start some abdominal exercises. But check with your gynaec before starting any exercises. Tc!
