*soak 3 cup rice nd 1 cup chana dal for whole night *make paste from it at morning..
u can use readymade aata too.. *now add some sour curd in it nd mix well..and lid it ..take in hot place for 6 to 8 hours..( or place in a kitchen cupboard)
*now add salt,turmaric,asafotida( per taste)
,oil(2 to 3 spoon) mix verywell..
add baking soda 1/4 spoon in it
again mix very well *now greese plate with oil
pour batter in it..garnish with chilli powder nd coriender..
nd take that plate in dhokalia or heavy bottom pan..( take water in pan and place one chalni type dish, then put the dhokla plate) *it will be ready in 7 to 8 min.
check with knife, if sticky then put it on for some more minutes..
when ready, cut pieces..
enjoy with garlic chutny..nd green chutny or oil ..
