Beautiful advice by Revauthi.. thinking too much is the real cause of negative thoughts..see dear there are many things in life which we can't change or we can't control so let bygones be bygones.. concentrate on yourself and your baby..stay healthy because that's very important for leading a good life..try to do things even if small ones like listening to your favorite singer or doing painting etc whenever you feel sad chant some mantra..divert your attention..

Anon<br> Stay positive. Why should you be depressed when you have such a lovely baby with you. What's more important is to eat, rest, feed your baby. Dint give way to negative thoughts and people. If you have any hobby do continue. Spend quality time with your baby. Talk to people who you would like to share your thoughts. Don't keep your mind empty keep it occupied with good things.
