Avoid fatty foods, spicy foods and gassy foods.<br>
Include lots of cumin, pepper, fennel, fenugreek, bottle guard, drumstick, Oatmeal, garlic to improve your milk supply.<br>
Eat well balanced diet, small frequent intervals, stay healthy and hydrated
