Hi Kartik many congratulations to you and your family. For the first 10 days avoid spicy and masala foods as it may cause gas to your wife. After that you she can eat everything, your wife's food doesn't affect or cause gas /colic pain to your baby, So she can have everything homemade in moderation. Ask her to include lot of jeera, saunf, ajwain, daliya, oats, eggs, dry fruits, nuts, milk and milk products in her diet regularly. Above all ask her to keep latching the baby to her breast for increase in milk supply.
