Try these after 6months
○A 45minutes walk is necessary, if time does not permit if u have stair climb up and down five times, count your steps.<br>
○Do simple exercises like go fetch water to drink don't keep a bottle aside. Drink 4l of water everyday.<br>
○When you stand in the kitchen for long time, do sit and stand like squats whenever you find time.<br>
○Do breathing exercises, when you hit the bed, lift your right leg up, relax, then left leg up, relax, then both the legs up with your head risen, you should be in v shape, repeat atleast five to ten times.<br>
*Eat low calorie protein rich diet, eat amal meals frequently which sums up to 1800 kal initiative thenane it 1500 kcal don't starve please<br>
