Do new born drink formula milk more in quantity than Breast milk? - Babychakra Social

Do new born drink formula milk more in quantity than Breast milk? I mean if I feed my LO formula milk he drinks around 30ml at a time and when I breastfeed him, he drinks lesser and falls asleep. Please suggest.

It may happen at times because when they drink from the bottl , it is easier for them to suck and hence they drink more. Keep breastfeeding too so that he does not forget to latch.

Try to breastfeed as much as I can.. baby might be feeling more comfortable sucking bottle than nipple... so u need to breastfeed more
