Usually people hire one for maalish and bath of mom and baby. Apart from that if you already have a maid at home and some helping hand then i dont think you'll need one. However you should get complete rest so plan accordingly.

Including-massages for both mama and baby, hot water bath after delivery and a lot more. What say?
