Do you get cramps in the legs - especially at night ? It can actually be very painful and disturb your sleep. Also the calf feels painful the next day as well. There is a very simple solution to this :
Firstly make sure you are having plenty of fluids. 8-12 glasses of water per day are a must.
Second, cover your legs while sleeping with a pyjama or leggings.
Third, avoid sleeping directly under the fan or in the draft of the air conditioner.
Fourth, make sure you do your calf exercises like pointing and flexing feet and also ankle rotations before bed time to improve circulation.
If it still does not seem to get better then speak to your doctor as it could be a vitamin E deficiency.
