Doc said she is anemic as i was in my childhood. She just dont like to drink milk. Rarely after 6 to 7 hours cries due to hunger. As she is 7 n half month old i try to give her dal water rice she refuses. While force feeding her after many hours her stomuch full up like ballon n hard n then she vomits everything. Hi Shraddha I understand as a mom how you must be feeling, Relax and think positively. Hope you are giving nan pro according to your doctor's instructions that is how much to give etc.. Formula milk is heavy so it takes time to digest. Why dal water? It has less nutrients. Start with vegetables purees without salt and sugar, beetroot, carrot, peas, potato purees etc can be given, don't grind it in the mixer , hand smash it. Offer hand pressed banana, avocado, chicku, papaya etc. Slowly shift to soft foods like dal chawal, dal kichadi, daliya, upma, idly etc. If you are non vegetarian start eggs. At 7 months baby should only be on 1 meal qnd 1 snack. Please don't force feed her it will not help, its going to worsen the situation. You are creating an aversion towards food for her, food will scare her. Hunger is natural Shraddha if she is getting hungry after 6 hours respect her hunger, her tummy her hunger. Meal times has to be pleasant and happy, if you are going to be worried she will sense it. Just trust her hunger and go accordingly.
