If there is no itching or discomfort because of discharge then you can leave it do not worry but if you see the discharge to be changing in colour for the smell to be changing and the frequency increasing then you need to start the medication

@616fdb6bee57850013f09995 , last sonography is ok as per doctor. During subsequent visit, i told about discharge. To which doctor told may be bcz of some infection and then prescibed this medicine. And more over this urine test i only done for my satisfaction. And can you tell me purpose of this medicine ? And what should i check in next sonography report ?

The report is normal I think you should again speak to a doctor over telephone why this medication was given to you if there is something in your sonography reports apart from urine test
