Doctors please help me understand what's happening. This was my first time on Femara 5mg as I was having anovulatory cycles so I was prescribed this. Doctor found 2 mature follicles and once it reached 19mm he gave an hcg trigger shot. On 19 of this month I ovulated that was confirmed on the transvaginal scan on 20th. I was asked to wait for 2 weeks to take a test. I am presently 14days post ovulation and have been feeling strong cramps. If I have concieved twins will testing earlier before missed period show positive? I don't know how this works just a common sense question.
