Doctors - what are implantation day symptom if not for mild bleeding? Have been trying for a pregnancy but it's too early to detect and my family has planned a day at imagica adlabs.

Mild cramps but again some women gets implantation symptoms some don't. If its me I would enjoy at imagica adlabs.
