hi sonali, breast is not bottle. it never gets empty. imagine you are drinking water from a glass and as it is getting emptied, your friend is pouring water into that glass. same way, as baby drinks milk, more milk gets produced in the ducts...

If you are trying to find out how much milk is being produced, you should try and express milk .i.e. pump it out either manually or using a pump

Sonali, once your baby feeds, it will take some time for milk to be produced in the breast..typically by the time your baby is ready for the next <u>feed</u>
