Does feeding pillow really help? It'd very tiring to feed and due to caesarean I can't sit without support for long. Please suggest will feeding pillow be helpful and which one to buy.

Feeding pillow definitely helps, I have heard all good about them, but haven't used myself as when I came to know about these we already became pro at feeding in lying positions. not much idea about nursing pads.
