Does life really end after a baby ??
It is that time when the baby has born, the house is full of joy, everyone is happy and so do you. Everyday You are trying hard to cope up with this all new responsibilities but amidst all of this do you feel lost sometimes.
If yes! Then it is perfectly okay!! After all We as mothers go through a lot of changes after a baby is born.
Imagine that flabby stomach right after the birth, those stream of stretch marks that extra pound here and there , under eye darkness and that constant worry of the little one.
We all fight this battle everyday. For some mothers the transition to motherhood is easy but for someone like me it is a struggle. Although I have become very pro I am doing great with my baby. Everything is going great but amidst all of this
I miss my uninterrupted sound sleep, I look at that white shirt aimlessly.. wondering will it fit me ever ... I see my friend’s post roaming in the city....I long for ‘us’ time which we hardly get now.
So after battling all these thoughts for a month I took a charge of my life and thought I will not let my life to be this mundane. I made few changes in my day to day routine and things got sorted in no time. This post is all about those changes i made recently. So here it goes ...,

▶️ Your day is dull because you look dull and feel dull.
Nursing a new born baby is a tiring job and it takes most of your time. But make sure to take out some time for yourself.

▶️ Take care of your skin, include beauty regime in your routine. You can start having omega fish oil tables as well. (With doctors approval) it not only boost babies brain development but also strengthen your hair and skin. Take good care of your hair, oil twice a week.

▶️ Plan your day in advance. List out all those pending things that you wanted to do but was not getting enough time and zeal to do.

▶️ It must be frustrating when your favourite clothe doesn’t fit you. But relax it’s time to create a new wardrobe. Change your style according to your body type, the pregnancy weight will get shed in it’s due time till then you can try some new styling.

▶️ Keep 2 bottles of water handy every time you feed ,drink at least half a bottle and keep refilling It.

▶️ Include kegels, stretching , yoga and exercise in your routine.

▶️Take out time and go for a brisk walk. A breastfeed baby can stay up to 1 to 2 hour with out feeding so you take that time out, feed your baby to the full and go for a walk.

▶️ Go on small dates with your partner. Save your date dress 👗 before hands and get all dressed up.

▶️Stay connected via phone or messages with your partner if you are not getting enough quality time. Go to bed early so that you get enough time to chit chat as the baby sleeps.

▶️ Get a nice haircut and change your nail paints frequently. These little things are great mood lifter. Tried and tested😍

▶️ listen to songs and sing songs to your baby too.

▶️ Do something for that tummy too, a flat tummy takes 50% of the tensions away 😂😂 . Drink warm water after every meal 🥘. You can start your day with a nimbu pani.

▶️ start penning down your thoughts like I am doing, it is such great exercise.

▶️binge into your favourite movies, you can download on your phone and can watch in intervals.

▶️At last most important ‘SLEEP ‘ . Generally all new mothers get this advice that sleep when your baby sleeps but it is easier saying than doing because when the baby sleeps mummy does the pending work .
generally all babies sleep after a massage and bath so pick that time as yours get everything ready and sleep when the baby sleeps.
