Does oats causes weight loss in babies?my baby eats safola masala oats as breakfast daily....my doctor said to stop as oats causing weigtloss...is it true..?my baby wont eat any other item in morning

Oats are generally high fibre please do not feed a baby oats at one year of each just read normal food like an adult would eat without more spices or sweet
