Hi Anon. I feel you. I stopped daytime feeds after 1 year and night feeds completely by 1.8-1.9 years. Night feeds is the hard part. You might need a support from family or husband though, because managing babies on your own when they want a feed is pretty difficult.
First of all, ensure that the baby isn't hungry and has had her dinner properly. Make her drink a cup of milk too before putting her to bed. Tell her that now she is growing big, and big babies have milk like this from the cup. If you aren't sure how much she would understand, still say. Babies are much more intelligent than we think.
Put her to bed with a bedtime story, lullaby or so, or after a massage, whatever she prefers. When she gets up at night for feeding, tell someone else to handle her like your husband or so. Let them say that mom isn't at home, or something similar. Offer her a cup of milk or water if she wants. But no more... Remain strict. Follow this routine for a few days, gradually she will adjust. Just ensure that she is just getting up due to habit and not from hunger. All the best.
