Don't know what's wrong with me, m feeling not well bt exactly what is the reason/problem I don't know.... Just always in mind preterm labour etc Nd feeling uncomfortable stomach 🤔😌

Hey dear bcoz of hormonal changes it happens not to feel well n negative thoughts in mind don't worry just keep yourself busy n don't think about your pregnancy do some meditation n try to keep yourself happy always

Try to divert your mind..listen to some music..you can even watch TV..light entertainment programs..talk to your loved ones and if possible read some stories..
