Ingredients for Double Chocolate Cake:

Half Cup Maida

Half Cup Suji

Half Cup Wheat flour

One tablespoon Flex powder (Optional)

One cup Castor Sugar / Sugar powder

Half Cup Cooking Oil/ Olive oil

Half Tsp Baking Powder

Half Tsp Baking Soda

Buttermilk as required for making Cake batter

Half Cup Choco Chips
Method:

Mix everything except Baking powder and Baking Soda.

Give a rest of 15 mins to batter.

Then mix Baking powder, Baking Soda, and give a mix.

Then transfer batter to silicon mold and pop into Microwave for 4 mins.

Tips: If baking in oven, then bake at 180 for 20 mins
