agree with sangeeta.... some tablets doesn't suit us sometimes so ask doctor to change if you feel <u>like</u>

also u can try low elemental iron tablet like speedral if ur hemoglobin is above 11 gm percent...

softeron z is a pretty good tablet for iron, as it helps in lessening constipation which is a common symptom during pregnancy, if you think you have loose motions, consult your doc, might be some infection in stomach..
