Dry Fruits and Dates Laddoo

Ingredients: One bowl of Dry fruits- Walnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios

Dates : Around 250 gm
Recipe:

- Dry roast all the dry fruits - cashews, almonds, walnuts, pistas. Add cashews and pistas after walnuts and almonds are roasted a bit to avoid burning.

- Grind them on cooling.. Don't grind much as they tend to leave oil.

- Heat pan. Deseed dates and heat them.

- Once they become soft, add nuts powder and mix.

- Make laddoos on drying. Ta Da
